Louise is the UK People Director for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and has worked for the Group for almost 10 years. Louise started her career in retail, previously working for Morrisons Supermarkets, Arcadia and Debenhams in a variety of HR positions, including recruitment, HR operations and employee relations. Louise has a BA in Sociology and Social Policy from Newcastle University and an MSc in Management and Human Resources from the University of Bath. Outside of work Louise enjoys spending time with her 2 young children and husband, and whenever possible doing an early morning bootcamp workout with friends.
