WEST Youth Zone Summer Holiday Club keeps your eight to 12-year-olds entertained and inspired when schools in Hammersmith and Fulham and West London are off during the Summer Holidays. Activities include sports, games, arts and crafts, and trips outside of the youth zone!
Junior WEST Youth Zone members can be booked into our Holiday Club from Monday to Friday, 8am til 6pm for just £14 per day. There is also an option to book shorter days from 8am – 3pm school day timings (£10) or half day 1pm – 6pm (£7). Breakfast, lunch and snack from our BiteCity cafe is included (depending on session booked).
On Thursday 1st, 8th, 15th, and Wednesday 21st August we will be offering external trips. These days will cost £19 and will include visits to Chessington World of Adventures, Outdoor Cinema, Legacy Youth Zone in Croydon and more!*.
WEST Summer Holiday Club will run on all weekdays from Monday 29th July to Friday 30th August. Unfortunately, members who join our Summer Holiday Club will not be able to join our general Junior Club sessions on Monday and Tuesday.

WEST Youth Zone Holiday Club FAQs
What ages are WEST Holiday Club for?
Holiday Club is for eight – 12 year old Junior members of WEST Youth Zone. You must be signed up as a WEST Member to join.
Do you have to be a member of WEST Youth Zone to attend?
Yes! Only Junior Members of WEST can book our holiday club. They must have an active membership to join us.

How much do Holiday Club sessions cost?

When does WEST offer external trips and how much is it?
On Thursday 1st, 8th, 15th, and Wednesday 21st August we will be offering external trips. These days are £5 extra on top of the full day price making it £19.
Can I drop my child off at a different time?
Children can arrive later than the session start time, however they may miss the breakfast or lunch hour if they arrive later than 10am in the morning.
When are breakfast and lunch served?
Breakfast is served at 8 – 9:30am and lunch is between 12:30-1:30pm. A snack will also be provided during the day.
Do you cater for dietary needs of allergies?
Yes – please call reception on 0208 149 7700 to discuss your child’s requirements.
Does my child need to wear anything specific?
Children should wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for them to take part in activities such as team sports and messy art and craft.
Does my child need to bring any money?
All activities and meals are included in the Holiday Club session price. We do have a ‘tuck’ shop that opens and members can buy crisps, cakes, and drinks so members can bring some money if they want an extra snack.
My child has additional needs, can they attend holiday club?
Yes, all our provision is inclusive! If your child needs extra support with their needs please let us know at reception on 0208 149 7700
What activities are on offer each day?
We have a full range of activities using the facilities that WEST Youth Zone has to offer throughout the day. Over the week/s we offer sports, arts, music, media, drama, life skills, games, challenges, quizzes and some chill time too!
Can I turn up on the day and pay for child to come in?
Sorry, WEST Holiday Club can only be pre-booked online. We don’t have open spaces on the door.
I’ve booked session and now my child can’t attend, can I get a refund?
Sorry, we cannot refund or make changes to a booked session.
Will normal WEST Youth Zone sessions still go ahead?
Yes, our regular sessions will run throughout the school holidays. However, members who join Holiday Club cannot join general sessions and must be picked up before or at 6pm.
