Our Coordinators are crucial members of our delivery team, responsible for an exciting programme of activities for their given area. As Rec Coordinator, you will work across all
Youth Zone sessions and have responsibility for: Sessions for 8 – 19 year olds and up to 25 with those with disabilities. The Role will require you to be on 4 sessions a week across evenings and weekends.

Our Club Managers are crucial members of our delivery team, responsible for an exciting programme of activities for their given area. As Senior Club Manager, you will work across all Youth Zone sessions and have lead responsibility for: Sessions for 13 – 19 year olds and up to 25 with those with disabilities. Senior club takes place Wednesday – Saturday evenings.

As a member of the Arts Team, you will be key in ensuring young people have access to an exciting and creative arts programme that will be challenging, stimulating, fun, engaging and developmental. You might be experienced in:
– Musical Theatre inc. Dance, Drama, Singing and Performing Yoga, Stretching, Fitness, Step, Zumba or Gymnastics
– Devising and choreographing
– Any style of dance and performance art including but not limited to Bhangra, Ballet, Ballroom, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Street, Musical Theatre, Irish Dancing, Improv, Samba, Bachata, Salsa, Rumba, Reggaeton, Breaking, K-Pop, Lyrical

As a member of the Arts Team, you will be key in ensuring young people have access to an exciting and creative arts programme that will be challenging, stimulating, fun, engaging and developmental. You might be experienced in:
– Music teaching experience and the ability to teach a musical instrument to a high level
– Ensemble teaching experience, including the ability to create a youth musical ensemble
– Percussion teaching experience and the ability to teach a range of rhythmic instruments
– Experience or background in music styles including but not limited to Jazz, Pop, Blues, Folk, Dance, Dancehall, Rock, Rap, Spoken Word, Country, Classical, Punk, Techno, R&B

Alongside providing support and care to children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities, SEN/D Youth Worker also help with the children’s engagement in WEST’s Arts, Sports, Wellbeing, and Lifeskill focused activities.

The arts offer at WEST is wide-ranging and includes visual arts, music, media, dance and drama. As a member of the Arts Team, you will be key in ensuring young people have access to an exciting and creative arts programme that will be challenging, stimulating, fun, engaging and developmental.
WEST is currently looking for Music & Recording Studio Youth Workers for Wednesdays and Saturdays.

As a member of WEST’s Sports Team you will be key in ensuring young people have access to an exciting gym programme that will be challenging, stimulating, fun, engaging and developmental. 
You will be involved in facilitating taster sessions, competitions and challenges, which promotes engagement, skills and fitness levels.
You will hold a relevant qualification (personal training Level 2).
Sunday Youth Worker must be female.

We are looking for Female Personal Trainer/Youth Worker. To join in our Just for Girls programe which will engage young people aged 8 – 18 years (up to 25 for those with additional needs). The sports offer at WEST Youth Zone is wide ranging and as a member of the Sports Team, you will be key in ensuring young people have access to an exciting and engaging gym program that will be challenging, stimulating, fun, engaging and developmental. You will be involved in teaching the fundamentals of the sport to young people, as well as facilitating taster sessions, competitions and challenges which build young people’s engagement, skills, and fitness levels. You will coach and develop teams and support volunteers within the Sports Team. Ideally, you will have experience of coaching young people, and a relevant qualification in PT (Level 2).
