Head of Youth Work & Delivery Partnerships

This is an exciting role with a significant level of autonomy for an ambitious and experienced youth work professional. The Head of Youth Work & Delivery Partnerships will lead and manage a large team of Youth Workers while taking operational responsibility for WEST’s seven-day-a week universal youth work offer. As the leading provider of universal
access youth work in Hammersmith and Fulham, and part of the OnSide network, WEST has a strong reputation and growing impact. The postholder will hold overall responsibility for delivering a vibrant, open access Youth Zone for the young people of West London, welcoming up to 200 young people per session.
Bank Receptionist
- Salary: £14.80 per Hour

Reception is the first point of contact for Youth Zone members, their parents, visitors, and suppliers. WEST’s receptionist is responsible for greeting and welcoming every young person as they arrive and ensuring they leave safely.
Youth Engagement Coordinator (Just for Girls)
- Salary: £32,136 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Our Youth Engagement Coordinator (Just for Girls) will lead on our Just for Girls session on Sunday afternoons, designing an engaging programme of activities alongside staff and young people aged 10 -17 years old. They will also work to engage girls and young women in all other sessions offered by WEST, ensuring the sessions are relevant and fun. They will provide some line management support and development for sessional workers in these areas. This role requires a minimum of 55% of time spent face-to-face working with young people.
Employability Youth Worker
- Salary: £14.80 per Hour
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
- Location: WEST Youth Zone, W12 7TF
The Employability Youth Worker will assist young people aged 8–25 to develop the confidence, skills and connections needed to progress into education, training and employment.
The role includes assisting the Employability Officer with project-based learning, group work, mentoring, employer engagement, work experience and one-to-one support. You will need to use data and evaluation tools to track progress and demonstrate impact.
