Volunteer & Training Coordinator
- Salary: £32,136 pro-rata
- Hours: 30 hours per week / 4 days a week

The Volunteer & Training Coordinator will be responsible for the full volunteer lifecycle at WEST, including undertaking outreach and building relationships locally to encourage a large number of high quality applicants for volunteering. Once volunteers are onboarded this role will be an approachable point of contact, lead on upskilling and supporting volunteers, and also ensure they feel recognised and valued for giving up their time.
The role will also be responsible for identifying training needs in the organisation and supporting WEST to deliver a wide variety of enriching training for staff and volunteers alike.
Pathways & Employability Manager
- Salary: £36,421
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As our Pathways & Employability Manager, you will play a key role in helping young people explore their futures, develop confidence and transferable skills, and access meaningful opportunities that support their aspiration. You will work directly with young people aged 11–19 (and up to 25 for young people with additional needs), creating a welcoming environment where they feel supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their potential.
Head of Youth Work & Delivery Partnerships
- Salary: £52-58k (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting role with a significant level of autonomy for an ambitious and experienced youth work professional. The Head of Youth Work & Delivery Partnerships will lead and manage a large team of Youth Workers while taking operational responsibility for WEST’s seven-day-a week universal youth work offer. As the leading provider of universal
access youth work in Hammersmith and Fulham, and part of the OnSide network, WEST has a strong reputation and growing impact. The postholder will hold overall responsibility for delivering a vibrant, open access Youth Zone for the young people of West London, welcoming up to 200 young people per session.
Employability Youth Worker
- Salary: £14.80 per Hour
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
- Location: WEST Youth Zone, W12 7TF
The Employability Youth Worker will assist young people aged 8–25 to develop the confidence, skills and connections needed to progress into education, training and employment.
The role includes assisting the Employability Officer with project-based learning, group work, mentoring, employer engagement, work experience and one-to-one support. You will need to use data and evaluation tools to track progress and demonstrate impact.
