Employability Youth Worker
- Salary: £14.80 per Hour
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
- Location: WEST Youth Zone, W12 7TF
The Employability Youth Worker will assist young people aged 8–25 to develop the confidence, skills and connections needed to progress into education, training and employment.
The role includes assisting the Employability Officer with project-based learning, group work, mentoring, employer engagement, work experience and one-to-one support. You will need to use data and evaluation tools to track progress and demonstrate impact.
Sports Youth Worker
- Salary: £14.80 Per Hour
- Hours: Up to 18 hours per week

Sport is one of the cornerstones of our work and we have some fantastic facilities for engaging young people in; including floodlit all-weather rooftop pitch, a climbing wall, a boxing gym, a state-of-the-art fitness suite, a full-sized sports hall which is capable of being transformed into basketball, netball and badminton courts, as well as housing cricket nets. We also offer martial arts and much, much more. The role will require you to assist with either our Juniors (8 -12years) or seniors (13 -19 years) within one or more of our sports room. We are looking for people who have experience in one of more sports disciplines. Whether it be football,basketball, badminton or cricket – we’d love to join the WEST team!
Maker Zone Youth Worker

- Hours: Part-time (evenings & weekends)

For this role specifically we are looking for someone to lead on the setting up and championing of our new Maker Zone space.
Experience with: 3D printing, laser cutting, wood-working, coding, CAD design, sewing, customising clothes, delivering STEM workshops, crafting
Illustration & Graphic Design: Typography, Branding, Digital illustration, Content creation
Animation, Stop-motion, Podcasting, GenAI, Use of Adobe and other digital platforms
Performing Arts Youth Worker
- Salary: £14.80 per Hour
- Hours: Varied Hours - Weekend (Saturday Seniors and Sunday Just for Girls)
- Location: WEST Youth Zone, W12 7TF
As a member of the Arts Team, you will be key in ensuring young people have access to an exciting and creative arts programme that will be challenging, stimulating, fun, engaging and developmental. You’ll have experience in one or more of the following:
- Musical Theatre inc. Dance, Drama, Singing and Performing
- Yoga, Stretching, Fitness, Step, Zumba or Gymnastics
- Devising and choreographing
- Any style of dance and performance art including but not limited to Bhangra, Ballet, Ballroom, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Street, Musical Theatre, Irish Dancing, Improv, Samba, Bachata, Salsa, Rumba, Reggaeton, Breaking, K-Pop, Lyrical
