ROOM HIRE FAQS
Can I hire the whole building?
No. Unfortunately, the whole building is not available for hire. Room hire is limited to specific spaces within the building, subject to availability.
What are the hire timings?
Rooms can be hired between 8.00am and 3.30pm on weekdays, depending on availability and the nature of the booking. Please note that set-up and clear-down time must be included within your booked hours.
Can I hire space outside of term time?
No. During school holidays we operate a Holiday Club, and all rooms are fully utilised. Room hire is therefore only available during term time.
Do I need a trained worker to hire certain spaces?
Yes. For health and safety reasons, use of the climbing wall, training kitchen and gym requires a trained youth worker to be present. We can provide a trained member of staff for an additional charge. Please ask for details when making your enquiry.
Can I make a block booking?
Yes. Block bookings are available during term time only, subject to room availability.
Do you offer catering with room hire?
Yes, see here. Catering is available alongside room hire, subject to availability. Please find our catering brochure when making your enquiry for full details of menu options and pricing.
Is there parking at WEST Youth Zone?
Unfortunately, there is no onsite parking at WEST. We recommend using Westfield Shopping Centre Parking or Pay & Display on Dorando Close (limited spaces available).
Do you provide WiFi with room hire?
Yes, guest WiFi will be available to all attendee of the booking.
